For now I'll define tech diving as anything the recreational agencies aren't teaching
(although many are now teaching nitrox). The likely main area of
interest (related to diving in NC) is where you can get nitrox/trimix
fills in the state (or at the coast).
For any tech questions you have, you should search the archives of the
various mailing lists.
