Please note, anything contained in the reviews is either what I remember from the dives (and logged) or what others have passed along. I encourage and welcome reviews from others, I ask a few things though...
Keep in mind that currents, viz, and temp will vary during the year. Depths could be off by 10fsw, etc. I find this (possible) lack of precision preferable to simply copying (stealing) any information out of the books listed which talk about NC wrecks.
These reviews are probably more along the lines of what you (hopefully) will hear from your divemaster before a dive, giving you a general lay of the land(er, um, sea bottom), etc. While the referenced books, provide a nice history of the wrecks, I don't think they do a particularly good job of helping you plan your dive if you want to stay any shallower than the sand.
At the same time I reserve(for myself and the contributors) as much right to these reviews as the books reserve to theirs, so please do not use them for ANYTHING (other than your personal enjoyment) without getting permission.
Thanks. Corrections are welcome (I hate being wrong...) Submissions (reviews) by others (of NC wrecks) are very welcome (and credit will be noted).
